I've been licensed since 2013, and I'm raising my two kids here, usually with a Seal Beach surf squeezed in before open houses. I did the Orange County childhood, then a decade in LA, then made the move to Long Beach and honestly never looked back.
Now most of my work is helping other people make that exact move. Real talk: the house matters, but the neighborhood decides whether you love living here. That's the part I'm weirdly good at.
